Do you deliver to all States in India?

Yes, we deliver to all serviceable Pin Code locations within the geographical boundary of India. We assure you the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible for sending your products.

Do you deliver outside India?

We do not deliver to international locations at present.

What are your shipping timings? How long is the shipping?

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. The goods will be delivered within 2-7 days from the date of dispatch (depending on Pin Code) for all deliveries within India. Estimated delivery times are available from the moment the order is dispatched.

Can I track my shipping?

Yes, your shipping comes with a tracking number so that you can sit back and relax while knowing the item is being sent to you! We send the tracking code to the customer after the dispatch of the product. You can track your delivery via logging in our website in Tack order under quick links at the bottom of the website.

I want a product which is “Out of Stock”, what should I do?

Will I get any written confirmation for my order?

Yes, you will receive a Email confirmation immediately once you place the order, providing complete information about the product details and the order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before it has been shipped. For any assistance or query, contact us via email or WhatsApp with details of your order number and concern.

What is your return policy?

Goods once sold can only be replaced. We do not provide refund for any goods sold .If you need to replace a product, we can only replace it with the same item, provided it has not been used. To initiate a replacement, please send us pictures of the product via email on contact@sportskrida.com for verification. Once verified, we will proceed with the replacement process. The products which are replaced will exclude shipping charges borne by us for delivery.

What is the timeframe for product replacements?

Products can be replaced within 7 days after delivery.
